This Grade 2 listed former farmhouse has been extended to provide a new side entrance hall and sitting room at ground floor which connect to the existing conservatory that we previously designed. At first floor we have added a new bedroom and bathroom and added a new dormer window to an existing bedroom. The extension is built of natural stone, purpose made timber windows and reclaimed clay roof tiles to match the existing house. An adjacent redundant milking parlour has been converted for recreation and entertainment. It has an oak framed entrance extension, kitchen and shower room all with underfloor heating from an air-source heat pump.
