Woodstock Court is a thoughtfully designed residential development comprising eight three-bedroom houses on a constrained urban infill site in Lee, South London. Delivered under a £4.5 million contract, the project was completed in 2021 and exemplifies intelligent land use within a tight urban context. The scheme overcame complex planning and physical restrictions, resulting in a sustainable and well-integrated housing development that enhances the character and density of the local area. The new houses achieved the highest energy efficiency rating.
