Completed in 2025, the Folgate Building—also known as Liberty Place—is a 6,500 m² mixed-use development delivered by Indigo Invest Holding with Conren Land Indigo Dartriver. Located between Shoreditch and the City, the scheme integrates heritage-sensitive design with flexible retail and office spaces. Ergotechnics provided design services to contractor Galostar, including façade engineering, BIM coordination, and detailing for the extensive and complex brickwork, stone & granite. The result is a contextually responsive building that enhances the historic fabric of Norton Folgate while offering high-spec, contemporary workspace.
