Completed in 2018, the Childsplay Clothing Head Office in Dagenham, London, is a 1,700 m² mixed-use facility designed for the luxury children’s fashion brand. Delivered on a brownfield site with a contract value of £4.9 million, the project combines high-spec office space with specialist amenities including recording studios, beauty salons, a private cinema, and warehousing. Our architectural role encompassed full fit-out design, planning and regulatory approvals, and design consultancy. The scheme reflects a creative and operational hub tailored to the brand’s diverse commercial and media needs.
