Ergotechnics played a key role in the redevelopment of 7–10 Old Bailey, contributing specialist façade and internal glazing design services for Komfort Workspace's £22 million sub-contract . The practice was responsible for the dramatic internal glass chimney atrium and all external glass pods, working within the design vision set by Sidell Gibson. The 9,360m² mixed-use office scheme is located within a conservation area and required sensitive integration of contemporary materials and detailing. Ergotechnics provided façade engineering, and production information for all of the glazed elements (with full steel fabrication detailing of every engineered part), ensuring high-quality delivery within the constraints of a complex central London context.
