Romsey Railway Station is a heritage-led regenerative refurbishment project delivered by EP Architects for South Western Railway and project stakeholders. Located within the Romsey Conservation Area, the scheme revitalises the historic Station Master’s House through low-carbon retrofit, accessibility improvements and sensitive restoration. Our services included architecture, heritage coordination, BIM-led design, planning and stakeholder engagement. The proposals retain the majority of the existing building fabric while introducing improved passenger facilities, a new lift and enhanced public spaces, extending the life of the station and creating a positive long-term impact for the community and environment.
