EMR Architecture was appointed to design and deliver this quirky and prestigious family house in Putney in South West London. The house, located in a conservation area, now benefits from an exceptional rear extension with over 7m wide sliding doors and an Oriel Window on the side. EMR worked on all floors, only keeping the original stairs. The internal layouts were fully remanipulated to accommodate the best living arrangement for this family with 4 kids. The GF was extended in the garden creating a living room/kitchen open plan space of 65m2. The loft was re-done adding an amazing dormer, this had never been approved in planning before. A new garage was built to welcome the 10 bikes! and the plant room. All joinery and Kitchen was a bespoke design by us. We also worked on the Interior design and soft furnishing on this job.
