This 17th Century cottage is in the heart of St Albans conservation area close to St Albans Cathedral. The original timber framed building had been extended in the Georgian and Victorian eras and also in the 1960's. Our work involved adding a further contemporary extension, reordering of the existing accommodation to include an upstairs bathroom, complete repair and refurbishment of the property including bespoke joinery and soft and hard landscaping improvements.
