Edward Architecture was commissioned by Town Centre Securities PLC to renovate and refurbish this Grade II Listed Building in Duke Street which sits within a conservation area in Westminster, London. The proposals include a full renovation to the street elevation and the internal refurbishment to provide 2 floors of prime retail space and 3 floors of office space. The £350,000 refurbishment proposals successfully balance a sympathetic restoration of the listed building with a high-end contemporary interior to provide premium city centre retail and commercial space.
