Edward Architecture was appointed by Town Centre Securities PLC to secure planning permission for a residential development on the site of BPL House in the West Yorkshire village of Apperley Bridge. Proposals were submitted for 80 new dwellings and a scheme was proposed for the conversion and refurbishment of the architecturally significant BPL House.
