Our Client owns a redundant farmstead in Goole, close to Selby. We were approached to provide a design to convert the existing barns under Class Q, and then to reapply for planning permission to rebuild these as opposed to converting these. A legal opinion was sought to justify the rebuild. The project is currently submitted for planning approval
