Contemporary Extension Blackheath This former coach house in the conservation area of Black Heath is getting a contemporary extension complete with basement gym and cinema room. Eco Design Consultants have been commissioned to provide construction drawings for this high specification extension. The project features terracotta baguette and limed oak cladding, zinc roofing and black stainless steel trims. The living room includes large sliding doors opening up the living space and the corner of the building to a garden soon to be landscaped by CoolGardens. At the bottom of the garden Eco Design Consultants have designed a contemporary summer house for entertaining and enjoying the garden. The design is formed of two dissecting boxes, one timber clad containing a sauna and quite room, and the other metal and glass. The work is being project managed by DGSConstruction.
