Development of a site to the South of Northbrook College, Broadwater Road. The development comprises a Secondary School for 900 students with a main teaching block and a separate sports hall. The school and community will have the benefit of a Sport England Standard 4-court sports hall and multi use games area. The sports hall is a two storey development with changing rooms at ground floor level and a studio and pupil support at first floor. The three storey design follows the EFA superblock baseline with general and specialist teaching accommodation wrapping around a central dining atrium, mains hall and studio.
