ECD converted an elderly care centre into a high spec office and support hub to accommodate the Kensington and Chelsea Borough Children and Adult services unit. Located within three bays below the West Way dual carriageway into London, the design of the façade of the new facility creatively reflects the fast-paced movement of the traffic above.
