East have designed 81 of the 168 units at the Flaxyard site in Peckham for Southwark Council. The scheme includes a refurbished school building and three new blocks. East worked with Adam Khan Architects and Levitt Bernstein on Southwark’s Regeneration in Partnership Program which aims to deliver 11,000 new council homes by 2043 wth the first 1,500 by 2018. East also designed the public ream and landscape spaces for the wider area.
