This project located in Islington included a full internal reconfiguration and refurbishment, including insulating the external walls within the rooms using a natural cork based render. Lime based paints were then used to allow the Victorian solid brick walls to breathe. An existing side extension was re modelled to provide a glass roof light over the dining table, along with with an extruded glass box to the rear creating a window seat.
