Situated in the prestigious Lennox gardens neighbourhood, DRY gained Listed building and planning permission to reconstruct the original Dutch gable front elevation, to build an additional storey and combine it into a stunning duplex luxury penthouse with central courtyard and rear garden. Extra floor area of 1000 ft² was gained and created one of the few duplex penthouses in this area with views onto the gardens. The concept of this design was to bring as much light into the flat as possible and create views across the flat from all angles whilst creating an open plan , flexible space to provide 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen/ dinning and cloak room, powder room and utility room.
