This project is an extensive renovation project to a mews house on the Grosvenor Estate in central London. The client is a private individual developer. The scope of work consisted of retention of the historic facade, with demolition of all internal floors and walls and excavation of a new basement level underneath the footprint of the house. The house was then be re-designed to provide a modern, 4 bedroom townhouse. The project was procured using a traditional route and JCT Standard Building Contract.
