We found the building for Incopro who were a Tech company looking to expand within Wales. By putting together our contacts with commercial agents and this unusual building, we were able to meet their brief for'something different'. The first floor of this listed building was a vacant restaurant premises which had been difficult to re-let but was ideal for an office use. We undertook several feasibility studies on this and another premises, providing space planning and interior design services to demonstrate an imaginative refurbishment of the building. Change-of-Use planning was achieved in record time and we helped the client decide what their phased requirements might be in order for to design their quirky fit -out.
