Three grand Victorian Terrace houses and a semi-detached house on the other side of the road, all needed complete modernisation and restoration of the original fabric. All involved a contemporary extension to the rear, and restoration of cornices, fireplaces, improving insulation, new heating, wiring throughout. The terraces were restored to houses, being previously uses as low grade bed-sits and were all sold before completion.
