This project converted a Grade II Listed Building, Walwick Hall, from a private dwelling to boutique country hotel with new build swimming pool. The Hall is located along Hadrians Wall, within a World Heritage site, surrounded by a scheduled monument and neighbouring a National Park. It also was suffering from damp and had been empty for some time. Works included the following: Complete refurbishment of the hall including alterations to the layout to accommodate the hotel and repairs to buildings fabric. Conversion of outbuilding to form a spa. Construct new build swimming pool with gym within walled garden.
