This Edwardian house in Gosforth was comprehensively refurbished. It included a large contemporary extension which provides a lounge and dining space for the family. The space was designed to bring the garden into the home. Works also included reconfiguration and conversion of the roof space and entrance hall. The quality of the project was acknowledged with an LABC award for the best domestic extension in the north east of England 2015.
