The Practice carried out extensive refurbishment and repairs at this 18th century Grade II* listed country house. We used computer-aided visualisations to enhance understanding of our proposals for this interior. In the service wing we raised the ceiling and added a glazed lantern over a large new family kitchen. The former chapel, used as parking for farm vehicles, was transformed to become a new dining room, with its large external opening adapted to become a new external semi-circular stair towerm allowing guests to descent gracefully into the new dining hall.
