Weavers Court is a campus style business park adjacent to Belfast city centre and the major transport hub of Great Victoria Street Bus and Rail. We set out with several strategic design objectives for this building. * to develop on the campus theme by making a building with its own unique identity suitable for a range of potential occupants. * to make use of the mid 1800's warehouse/office building on the site of the development. This is refurbished incorporated into the design. * To make an impact when viewed from high level. The roofscape was important being so close to the tall business district. * To arrange the entrance location and aesthetic to allow the narrow building to address the entrance to the site. The Creative Industries Building at Weavers Court comprises over 2,000m2 of divisible floorspace.
