The proposed Phase 2 extension to the existing Cultúrlann building aims to create an urban inter¬vention which will elevate its public profile and in doing so generate a landmark building as a focus to the newly designated Gaeltacht Quarter within the west of the city and the wider context of Belfast as a whole.
