DMWR were appointed as lead consultant most recently for a project in Nairobi, Kenya which was for a 1000 bed student accommodation development on behalf of a Kenyan developer backed by Helios Investment Partners, a UK based investor. We were asked to develop a scheme from RIBA Stage 1/2 (Concept Design) and develop Through to RIBA Stage 4 (Detailed Design).DMWR were the lead consultants working With both structural and MEP engineers.
