DMWR Architects were employed by RG Group post-planning to develop and provide full construction information for this significant city centre project. This student accommodation block in Portsmouth, adjacent to Portsmouth and Southsea station, consists of 485 student bedrooms spread over 12 floors. The design also includes reception areas, common and study rooms and commercial units at ground level. DMWR Architects developed and coordinated the design and construction package in Revit/BIM.
