Remodelling, full-refurbishment and extension of a ground floor flat within a Victorian end-of-terrace property in North West London. The scheme creates an open-plan living space with a glass-box conservatory providing uninterrupted views into the garden. The whole flat was extensively refurbished, with lowered floors, new heating and electrics, new windows and doors, and new fixtures and finishes throughout. DMCA Architect's provided a full architectural service, from initial concept studies, through to handover, working closely with the Client occupier, other consultants and the Contractor.
