Working closely with the Bedford Estate, we have completed several projects refurbishing, upgrading, extending and modernising their extensive historic estate. Projects have included - internal refurbishment and alteration of two adjacent grade 2 listed terraced office buildings, being transformed into 7 flats. Each building has 5 floors in total; 4 above ground level and 1 below ground. Work includes new kitchens and bathrooms, alternations to mechanical and electrical work, in addition to corresponding repairs and decorations. - the extensive restoration, reconfiguring and extension of an office to form a contemporary workplace, and - significant interventions to provide accessibility to a historic Listed building. All works are to Listed Buildings, within Conservation areas and required DLG Architects' specialist heritage input.
