Located on a designated site in Priors Hall within the new mixed use community expansion of Corby, DLA Architects have produced design proposals for an innovative signature building comprising flexible commercial office space, including workshops and studios aimed at key starter businesses. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the development proposes the use of sustainable materials and innovative technology.
