Instructed in Jan 2010, a full planning application was prepared from scratch with bespoke house-types and was submitted within 4 weeks. With the help of Sedgemoor District Council, the design was assessed, negotiated and approved within 8 weeks to secure full Kick-Start funding under the Government initiative.
