Significant extension to an existing factory to provide new headquarter office accommodation and increased production and storage facilities. DJD Architects worked with the Client to understand their business and developed an existing scheme, obtaining modifications to the existing permissions, to better suit the operation. Our involvement included the preparation of production information, site inspections, contract administration and valuations.
