Project Location: Liverpool, Merseyside. The practice has designed a side two storey extension, single storey rear extension, and dormer loft conversion as a whole project to extend and refurbish this 1960s / 1970s Unity Type 2 house. The property is an end of terrace house that is at the end of cul-de-sac adjacent to the River Alt. The project provides two three extra bedrooms within the extended property to allow their family to fully enjoy the house. The scheme includes for the re-cladding of the existing and creating a homogenous scheme throughout the whole site in a white render, red brickwork, pitched roof, and green sedum flat roofs.
