The practice designed a first-floor side extension with conversion of the single storey garage at ground floor that will provide the client with an additional master suite, study, and reception room at ground floor. In addition, through a thorough analysis of the energy performance of the existing dwelling, a new insulated skin to the whole property will dramatically improve the energy efficiency and freshen the aesthetic appearance of the house. This will enhance the property's value whilst providing the clients with the additional space they require as a family.
