DesignBox carried out a programme of works for the regeneration of the Machrie Golf Links and Hotel. This included - The connection and upgrade of the key utilities (water, electrics, comms and business fibre), - Construction of two green keeping sheds, - Development of the commercial kitchen and cinema for the hotel, - Development of an indoor driving range for the Golf links, - Project managing the asbestos removal and demolition works of the hotel before redevelopment, - Project managing the hotel redevelopment, - Organising and overseeing the logistical sequence and programme to bring all FF&E and OS&E to site, - Organising site worker and hotel staff accommodation on site, - Project managing the resurfacing of the 1.3KM approach road to the Machrie. The road was completed in time for the 2021 Skyfall Tour organised by Classic Car Tours.
