Established in May 2013, Dennis Hellyar Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice, based in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, providing Architectural Services to clients on residential and commercial building Projects, in the Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Swansea, South Wales and South West regions. Principal - Dennis Hellyar and the team approach every project with the same rigour to achieve the optimum design, in response to the site, brief and budget, with in-depth knowledge and experience to deliver energy saving, eco friendly and sustainable design. All clients benefit from direct and personal attention to their project, utilising state of the art BIM and Virtual Reality modelling - Our team is flexible and adaptable and has the skills, tools, knowledge and experience to help you deliver your building project, currently working on projects from (Domestic Residential) £100k to (Commercial) £20M
