The scheme comprises 367 units and brings the area a much-needed boost in high-quality residential units. The proposals are designed to integrate the site within the surrounding area with a new south-north pedestrian route running through the core of the site. This will be accessible to all and will ‘knit’ the development into the existing urban grain, creating a more pleasant, walkable and safer neighbourhood.
