Broad Lane is a Mixed-Use development in Sheffield designed by Den Architecture comprising of over 440 apartments of varying types and sizes. The scheme received full planning permission in June 2019. Located between sites on Broad Lane and Hollis Croft, it sits in a very central location within walking distance from a huge amount of amenities within the city - including the University of Sheffield. The development consists of a number of blocks, each comprising of their own materiality and facade details, which breaks up the mass of the scheme, creating a contemporary and clean aesthetic.
