A playful house in Swindon has gained Planning and Building Regulations approval. The tram-like form, and walled courtyard made it easy for the Local Planning Authority to support our development. Swindon Council have their own design team that complemented our concept and helped support the planning application. Without the bold design animating the street scene, the site would be considered too small to develop. We also received compliments from Building Control for our detailed 3D drawings. Importantly the client was pleased with the amount we achieved on such a small constrained site.
