The project brief developed from 2 rounds of pre-application consultation with the Local Authority. Set on a bustling London High St, this proposed mixed-use building for 4 new flats and a retained retail unit aims to create a vibrant place to live, shop and meet people. The sustainable and accessible apartments share a communal orchard, and have two private balconies each. Having carefully considered the historic context, the form aims to positively contribute to the diverse mix of buildings creating the High Street.
