Regeneration project. Construction of a replacement community centre for senior citizens with facilities for education and training, craft workshops, a medical room, bistro, a multi purpose meeting room/hall and a lunch time club being run by Social Services for clients with mild learning difficulties. The centre will promote active sessions for over 50s and is an established local charity in the Bloxwich residential area.
