A two storey rear extension, transforming a tiny and dark kitchen into a spacious and light open plan family room with a separate utility and WC. At first floor a small box room was converted into a family bathroom and access through to a much larger third bedroom on the rear. From outside the design respected the existing materials and forms but the inclusion of toplighting gave the interior a fresh contemporary feel. All this within the Milford conservation area.
