The first stage of this scheme was completed in 2006, which was to replace an existing Victorian farmhouse with a much larger dwelling and, adjacent to the site, build a 12000 square foot industrial building to accommodate the owner’s business. Using our knowledge and experience of the planning system we achieved a planning consent for a 4000 square foot residence plus garages and workshop and business premises. The redevelopment of the farmstead into a modern home with adjoining business premises is a good example of how life in the country is changing and how old farms can be transformed to bring employment and life back into the countryside. In 2014 we completed an extension to the business premises to allow our client to further expand his successful business.
