Davenport Architecture was commissioned to develop ideas to maximise the clients backland development plot, which sits close to the village centre of Tattenhall. The site was an awkward form with difficult access and surrounded by existing residential properties, including a series of listed buildings. The proposals maximise the useable footprint of the site, providing three 2000-2500 sq/ft homes to the rear of the site and a substantial 5500sq/ft contemporary home fronting the main road. Planning was achieved in 2018 and the project due on site summer 2019.
