In this project, we are restoring the buildings to their original form as two grand town houses, involving a comprehensive refurbishment and adaptation of the fabric. The buildings are of historical importance and are Grade II listed, thus our design is historically accurate, respecting the heritage of the site. The houses are to be designed for the luxury international market and as a result require high comfort levels and low energy use with recreational and entertainment facilities. These include an underground car park with car lift access, a swimming pool and spa, air cooling, new internal lifts and various structural alterations.
