The scheme comprises eight blocks of which Darling Associates is designing the interiors for three. This includes interiors for the common parts and the residential apartments of one, two, and three bed apartments as well as penthouses. Darling Associates worked with developer Berkeley Group to optimize layouts and develop finishes and specifications. The scheme has exceeded all its financial targets - particularly with regards to selling well in the Far East.
