Chiswick House and Grounds Chiswick House and Grounds in West London is an internationally significant landscape comprising numerous buildings and garden structures dating from the construction of the site by Lord Burlington in 1729 It is jointly owned by the London Borough of Hounslow and English Heritage who appointed the practice as Conservation Architects in the preparation of a Heritage Lottery application for the conservation and restoration of the site. The site is scheduled ancient monument and Listed Grade I, and features the conservation of a conservatory building which houses a Camellia collection of international importance, memories ‘temple’ and other garden buildings and ornaments.
