The proposal relates to an aim to enhance the existing community centre facilities, maximising the use of the existing building, while creating new dwellings within the existing residential element. Our approach optimises the use of the existing building and support the long-term sustainability of the work that Fresh Start Community Association and Thumbprint Foundation. This ensures the charity can continue to serve the local community at a higher capacity, within the context of a high-quality and contextually sensitive design. The proposed development is important to the Association in order to deliver important upgrades to the facilities and services that can be provided on site.
