Cunniff Design were appointed by Lloyds Bank (through CBRE) to design an outline masterplan for their key site in Holbeck which they were looking to dispose in 2020. The 3.8 acre site, has been master planned in conjunction with LCC’s city centre planning team, to ensure it has their ‘buy in’ as to what will be acceptable to bring forward as a planning scheme. Use is shown indicatively as a mix of office, residential and hotel, but its acknowledged that each party looking to purchase will want to bring their own mix of uses. It’s a great site and one of the last key jigsaw pieces of Leeds South Bank, and right next door to HS2.
