Initial options appraisal of historic C17/C18 farmstead (2005-2006), leading to conservation repair and change-of-use/conversion of Grade II Listed barns into wedding/hospitality venue (2006-2008); and subsequent repairs, alterations and extension of Grade II* Listed C17/C18 farmhouse as family dwelling (2009-2011); comprising comprehensive, yet sensitive, repairs to the historic fabric and installation of new services, floors, windows, doors and contemporary interventions including mezzanine galleries to the hospitality venue (barns) and a new contemporary glazed kitchen extension to the farmhouse; and the reinstatement/conversion of attics into habitable space (farmhouse)
